We’ve done it again: A recent Care Quality Inspection went very well, with Dove Dental Care demonstrating compliance with flying colours
The inspection, conducted by the Care Quality Commission, a body responsible for the regulation, inspection and review of all adult social care services in the public, private and voluntary sectors in England, lasted 4 hours and evaluated all aspects of Dove’s practice management. It included; cross infection control, equality, diversity, confidentiality and IT.
All of our staff played a big part in preparing for the inspection through ongoing training programmes and we were very proud to receive email confirmation of our compliance.
